May 2018: Retreat

For our May Grace, we met during the day - participating once again in an Ignatian Retreat day hosted by Mount Street Jesuit Centre in London.

Consequently there was no service in the evening at St. Mary's.

However, for those who still wanted to gather in the evening, we suggested that they explore the local cultural phenomenon of the Hanwell Hootie music festival. A number of us did so, but the unending torrential rain caused most indoor venues to be packed out (where people would have partied in the streets in better weather).
